- Dina Berkalieva is an exceptionally experienced lawyer specializing in regulatory disputes, with special expertise in subsoil use, natural resource management, and environmental disputes. Over her more than 25-year career, Dina has consistently achieved successful results for her clients, ranging from major international corporations to government agencies.
- Dina has advised and successfully represented clients in numerous regulatory disputes, including tax, customs, and environmental disputes, as well as administrative offense cases related to violations in these areas of legislation. Her clients include major oil and gas producing companies, service and construction companies, and IT companies. She has represented her clients in various courts of Kazakhstan, including the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Dina also represented clients in the AIFC Court.
