About
- With over 20 years of experience, he represents clients in high-stakes tax litigation and is widely regarded as the foremost authority on Kazakhstan tax law.
- He has authored four monographs and eleven textbooks, including Tax Law (2023), and Tax Disputes (2023).
- Prof. Porokhov contributed to the drafting of two Tax Codes and five Supreme Court’s regulatory resolutions (binding on lower courts) on tax disputes. Currently, he serves on the Academic Advisory Boards of both the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan.
